Dibeehi said that motivating employees depends on the culture of the place which must understand employees and what are they after. He explains that in some instances companies are worried in investing in employees who might leave them as their skills become higher; however, companies must belief in their employees “nothing keeps a person in a role forever, what keeps them in a role is when they are interested.”
