Rhency Padilla, the founder of Perky People, a consultancy company, speaks to The HR Observer about the ongoing challenges in today’s market. Padilla discusses ways in which companies can increase the value proposition of their employees. He explains that upskilling employees is one of the key topics within the field this year. He said that companies investing in their employees prepares them for the challenges instead of waiting to hire other talents.
