Dulsco Group Appoints New CHRO

Dubai-based Dulsco Group, a leading provider of People, Environmental, Talent, and Energy Recruitment Solutions, has appointed Fara Siddiqi as Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

With over 20 years of experience in multinational organisations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia—including Aster DM Healthcare, GEMS Education, and Bank of America—Fara is known to be a seasoned HR leader.

She has successfully guided companies through IPOs, strategic mergers, private equity investments, and organisational restructurings. Her expertise extends to managing board-level HR strategies, shaping cultures for growth and transformation, and coaching C-suite executives.

“Fara joins Dulsco Group at a key phase in our growth and evolution. As we move into new markets, invest more in new technology and innovation, and expand our customer base, her long-standing expertise and unmatched experience will play a key role in our ongoing success and future business strategy,” said David Stockton, Chief Executive Officer, Dulsco Group.

In her new role at Dulsco Group, Fara will oversee the development and execution of human resources strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Dulsco said that her broad expertise will be instrumental in fostering collaboration with the leadership team to embed a culture of continuous improvement, enhance talent management, boost retention, and support nationalisation initiatives.

A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, Fara holds a BA from Purdue University and has completed HR management programs at Rice University and Harvard Business School. She is also a member of the Women’s Angel Investor Network, which mentors and invests in female-led businesses across the Middle East.
