In partnership with the Learning Performance Institute (LPI), the global authority on workplace learning and performance, Informa Connect hosts the L&D Summit at Abu Dhabi, a conference that brings learning and talent development talent together. The conference will take place on the 14- 15 May, 2024 at The Ritz-Carlton–Grand Canal, Abu Dhabi and serves as an international platform for talent development and learning and development professionals, offering opportunities for knowledge sharing, networking, and professional growth.

The event will take place over a period of five days, opening with a pre-event masterclass on the 13th of May by Erin Meyer focused on the intersection of leadership and culture; and closing with powerful post-event workshops on the 16 – 17th of May based on performance consulting, improving corporate culture, measuring ROI for L&D initiatives and AI learning technologies in collaboration with the Learning Performance Institute (LPI).
