In this interview Ali Elsabban, Head of Corporate MENAT at Pearson discusses the employment trends that will taking place in 2025. Elsabban believes that more companies will streamline the hiring process. He added that AI will also help reduce some tasks and roles within the organisations which means more roles will be mitigated.

On education, Elsabban adds that the English language has become a business impretive but it is also not enough and employees will need to upskill their skills such as critical thinking.
