X, formerly known as twitter, has launched its job search tool for all the users who are job hunting. The platform was previously launched in beta in August.
The feature, X hiring, was previously launched as a feature that is only available to verified organisations on X. It is now considered a direct competition to Microsoft subsidiary LinkedIn and other platforms such as Indeed. Moreover, it is a direct competition to both Google and Meta who also allow posting of jobs on their platforms.
The company also said that they will also launch a mobile-friendly version of X Hiring for iOS and Android.
The X hiring feature allows companies to post jobs and track data of possible candidates. Those who are looking for jobs on X can look through either function or location.
