How much Tech has changed HR and learning in today’s digital world?
Answer: Technology is definitely changing the HR function, especially when it comes to analytics, robotics, AI, etc. However, technology is at its best when it enhances the employee experience. More and more, employees have come to expect information and transactions at their fingertips, as well as meaningful connection to other professionals — which technology can deliver in increasingly effective and engaging ways.
What are the top 3 success factors for leading and driving Technology change (whether in HR departments or across organisations)?
- Technology must be applied to key business issues in order to be relevant.
- Technology change must be well aligned to company priorities in order to be worth the investment.
- Technology change needs to be well managed in order to be accepted by employees.
