Liz Wiseman – One of the top 10 leadership thinkers in the world
Liz Wiseman teaches leadership to executives around the world. She is the author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller “Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter”. She writes for a variety of business and leadership journals, including Harvard Business Review.
Liz has been listed on the Thinkers50 ranking and named as one of the top 10 leadership thinkers in the world. She is the former VP of HR at Oracle and has worked in various executive roles during her 17 years there. Liz has also started and led Oracle University from a small new-hire training department to a full corporate university with global scope.

Dave Ulrich is a Professor at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He studies how organisations build capabilities of leadership, speed, learning, accountability, and talent through leveraging human resources. Dave is considered one of the most influential people in HR (HR Magazine, 2010). He received the Lifetime Achievement Award from American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) in 2007 and was one of the “world’s top five” business coaches by Forbes magazine. He has published over 25 books including best-sellers like “HR from the Outside In”, “The Why of Work”, “HR Transformation” and “The Leadership Code”. He has consulted and done research with over half of the Fortune 200 companies.

Karen Darke – World para-triathlon champion and a silver medallist paralympic
Karen was a keen runner and mountaineer before becoming paralysed in a rock-climbing accident, and has since pursued alternative ways to access the outdoors – canoeing, sit-skiing and handcycling. She has hand-cycled in various corners of the world, including Central Asia and the Himalaya, the Karakoram and the length of the Japanese archipelago. She is currently a full-time athlete with the British Paracycling Team, has won a silver medal in the London 2012 Paralympics, and was World Paratriathlon Champion in 2012 and a silver medallist in 2013.

Rasmus Ankersen – Former footballer, best-selling author and talent adviser
Rasmus is a bestselling author, a speaker on performance development and a trusted advisor to businesses around the world. He wrote his first book The DNA of a Winner at the age of 22. A year later he published his second, Leader DNA, based on field studies of 25 high-profile leaders. The book has been the bestselling leadership book in Denmark over the last 10 years.
With his third book The Gold Mine Effect, Rasmus took another step into the secrets of high performance, becoming the only expert on the subject who has lived and trained with the best athletes on the planet. The Gold Mine Effect is now published in more than 40 countries.

Mark speaks about what it takes to become an elite athlete whilst relating the similarities to success within business. He reflects on teamwork, need for support systems, learning from failures and celebrating success. Mark became the fastest swimmer in the UK at the age of 15 and later one of the country’s most successful swimmers. Mark is a 6-time world champion, 10- time european champion and 8-time world record holder, including holding the 50m record in both freestyle and butterfly at the same time. He was nominated by the rest of Team GB to lead the team and carry the Union Jack at the opening ceremony of Beijing Olympics in 2008.
